Sessions are conducted at the St Mark's Hall, Bellerive (corner or Scott and Clarence St) and Channel Court Shopping Centre, Kingston (opposite Kaisercraft). If it
is your first lesson please wear something comfortable and you are welcome to bring along a drink - we would love to see you!
Our requirement for our return to classes following COVID-19 are:
Ensure all hall users hand wash or sanitise their hands upon arrival.
Ensure that an Attendance Record is filled out.
Do not come if unwell.
I specialise in teaching a practical, fun and invigorating self defence system to girls from 5 years.
UNDEFEEATD LADYBUGS Class cost $14 per week for one lesson per week or $25 for 2 lessons
per week and $40 annual membership.
PENALTY BOX FIT ® & teens/ladies self defence Class cost $15 per week for one lesson per week or
$28 for 2 lessons per week and $40 annual membership.NO TRAINING ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Private tuition sessions are available via ZOOM in the comfort of your

A. Yes, comfortable exercise clothing is great for commencing training. There is a formal uniform (black martial art pants & a white UNDEFEATD t'shirt), however it doesn't need to be purchased straight away..... Let's see if it is something you and or your daughter would like to do first.
A. Your daughter/yourself will learn a practical, fun and invigorating self defence system that will help improve self discipline, respect and self confidence. They/you will be training with other like minded girls and ladies
A. Yes, the training is a whole mind and body conditioning exercise program utilising ancient Eastern training methodologies with Western sports science. Great progress can be made with just 1 lesson per week and with regular participation will assist in improving and maintaining a healthy body as well as improving aerobic and anaerobic fitness. My program also improves coordination, reflexes, flexibility and strength which will assist in all aspects of life.
